You should have only one H1. H1 tells Google what's the page about, like your title, so it makes sense to have just one. As for the rest of them, you can put as many as you want, as long as the structure makes sense.

1 H1 for your main title. Then just use H2 - H6 for other sub headers or subtitles.

The six heading components, H1 through H6, indicate segment headings. In spite of the fact that the request and event of headings is not obliged by the HTML DTD, records ought not skip levels (for instance, from H1 to H3), as changing over such archives to different representations is regularly hazardous. H tags are one of the techniques to show your important points on webpage.
But use H1 tag only one time on top of web page, then H2 as per your content showing sub points. Then other H3 to H6 tags as per your requirement.  !-!

If you have more than one set of h1 tags, you’re sending a less clear message to Google, and by having more than one important heading on the page, you’re making your human readers’ experience less clear as well. So its better to concentrate on h1 that will help Google to get a clearer message.

Mainly in SEO wise, <h1> helps you as a ranking factor. And you can use <h2> and <h3> for your sub titles which is relevant but not a keyword. It helps search engines to easily identify your page based on the search queries.

H1 tag is important thing in On-Page Optimization. As we know, We should put only one H1 Tag in single Web page. We can't add more if you want to make your website SEO Friendly. We can put more than one H2, H3 tags in a single page.

In a webpage, you can first decide priority of your keywords & use accordingly them. Highest priority keyword should be given H1 tag & remaining can have tags accordingly. As per the rule H1 should be used only once & remaining can be used many of times.
