How long does it take to get a first page google ranking?

Hi please tell me or share your thoughts what is your general timeline to rank a easy or medium keyword on first page of Google or at least on page 2 Google?

The short answer to your question is "no one knows". But you can explore the reasons behind the response:
- website quality affects success;
- we can't control the competition;
- if you don't want to wait, you have to convince Google that you deserve and have earned your desired ranking;
- search marketing is not a campaign with a start and end date, it defines your audience , learns what they are looking for, engages with them, and in return, rewards you with their business.
