How much keyword should be given in a article

If i want to write a smart article, how many keyword can i use in my article and it should be given specifically ?
i mean to say, in description of my article how many keyword should i use to get best rank in Google ?

I think you can keep at least 1 or 2 keyword in an article. But I will advise you to write quality content and create such content in which user are interested in reading and sharing it. This will be very helpful for your site.

I think 2-3 keywords are sufficient in an article, but I would like to suggest you should focus more on the content of the website instead of the number of keywords because now content is having more important as compared to the keywords optimization.

Too much keyword stuffing in a article is not very advisable. I would suggest at the most one should go for 3 keywords per article.

As you might have known that excessive keyword in an article is harmful as it will lead to keyword stuffing which is not ethical as per Google, so I can say that you should use few like 2-3 keywords but the content rich so that it becomes informative and useful for the readers.

I thinks it depends on requirement, because there are some peoples who just want to fool the search engine by using more keywords which is called as keyword stuffing in such situation there should be more than 100 keywords in an article, otherwise I think that in a genuine article the content should be given the priority without thinking about the keyword and average 3-4 keywords should be used so that it looks rich.

A Good article contains 2-3 percent of keywords.
For example, If you have a keyword " Cakes Online". It is good to use "Cakes Online" twice or thrice in 500 words article. It is even better if you can use it once in every paragraph for a 3 para article.

I think you should focus on the quality of the content instead of the number of keywords, because recently I have seen some blogs to rank very high without having a single keyword in the article but was having a very useful information.
