You can check your spam or broken links using Google disavow tool. This tool helps to provide you with the list of backlinks that are built from spam or unwanted webpages. You need to contact the webmasters individually to get those backlinks remove to recover your keyword rankings in search engines.

Try screaming frog (available for free) in order to check internal broken links.
To check broken backlinks to your website, you can go for ahref or semrush. (both are bit expensive).
