To find spam links you can use disavow tool and Instead of straight-up begging for links, with Broken Link Building, you add value to someone’s website. Use The Wikipedia “Dead Link” Technique.

 Basically broken links are none other than dead links, a links which does not exist on your web site. which shows 404 error code when you visit that site. There are many free websites on google which can be used to check broken link. or e.g. SEMrush, Dead Link Checker, Ahrefs Broken Link      Checker.

Collect all the links present on a web page based on the <a> tag.
Send HTTP request for each link.
Verify the HTTP response code.
Determine if the link is valid or broken based on the HTTP response code.
Repeat the process for all links captured with the first step.
