Just ping the web address else put your url in cmyip.com. Now you can easily got the ip address.

yes piyush is quite correct .... although he did not reveal the entire process but through netstat comment u can use the ip address of any person

Run -->type cmd --> tracert ( site name , withougt brackets..)

There is software you can buy and get anyone's IP address through email or talking on Skype, etc, just like there is software where you can identify the calling from a private caller ID.  Check it out on google and do some research, it is pretty scary, when you have the right tools.
