How to let google ping your backlink fast ?

I have a website, so, I have a problem that, google ping my backlink so slowly.
Someone can tell me why?

If Google is not crawling your backlinks then it depends on the quality of the website on which your link is placed in order to ping your backlink you can create a blog and place your all links over there ans post some unique content on that page so that Google will crawl your post and count your backlink.
