My website http://afariat.com (http://afariat.com) which is an advertising website for Tunisian pepole got a very good rank in the last three months. It got more than 7 millions positions for the last three months in Alexa. But in google, position of my website was not changed. Is Alexa rank taked on by Google ?

Alexa is a different tool and is operated solely. It is not related to Google or its services anyway. Alexa has its own algorithm to build website ranks and denote traffic flow.
Alexa is nothing to do with Google, it is totally different tool to major your website rank. Lets see their difference and common things.
Common things
Alexa and Google will give your website rank to compete in the online world. Google will give you from 0-10, and alexa will not have such parameters. In fact, when you will start, you will probably get rank in billions.
Difference
Alexa will count the visitors visit, only if he/she has alexa tool installed. On the other hand, if javascript is disabled in browser, then it will not benefit you in Google.
