Meta Refesh
« on: 11-15-2011, 03:16:23 »
Hi

I have a site that used to cover 2 subjects, namely traditional portraits and psychic portraits (and other stuff).

I felt the 2 together were holding each other back so I've set up a new site and used a met refresh for the 5 key pages on the traditional portraiture to get to the new site, a subdomain. The old site is about 100 pages.

Will I get penalised for 5 or 6 refreshes? Not happened so far and it's been up a month.

Thanks

Meta refresh is normally used for the url redirection. It is more advisable to have not more than one meta refresh for a page.
