Dear all,
On 19th July 2014, the traffic of my website suddenly dropped from 1500-2000 visits/day to 200 visits/day and many keywords disappeared from the 1st Google page. I have checked and improved it for one year but nothing improved in traffic. It gave me much headache. I have checked for any penalty from Google but there is no indication of Google's penalty. Please help me and give me an advice to get the traffic back.
My site is babymart.vn
Thank you in advance.

You need to check out if your website has suffered any search engine penalties. You can find more about the information in webmaster tool.

The huge dropped in traffic can be cause by competitors websites that outranked your site in the search results or Google finds out that your site is not engaging and has poorly performed on the web.
Thank you for your comments but how can I know the site was outranked by competitor sites? And how to solve the problem?

There are many reasons why your website can lose rankings and traffic. One of the most common reaosns is a Google algorithm penalty. If oyur website is penalized by the algorithm, that means you have  done something wrong with your website's ON and OFF page SEO. Maybe the content is npt as good as your competitions, maybe you were too aggressive with link building, and maybe you have been using SEO techniques that are against Google guidelines.
Another reason why traffic  and Google rankings can drop is some sort of technical problem. If your website is hаcked, Google might consider is not safe and might remove it from their search results. Slow and unreliable web hosting can also result in loosing Google rankings.
Other technical problems such as redirects done wrong, disallowing  Google bot from crawl your site, or partial or entire de-indexing  of oyur website can also result in loosing traffic.
