Hey guys-

I recently had 2 sites built, one in english and the other spanish. For SEO purposes I created 2 sites on separate domains, but put them on the shared hosting account. Several weeks ago the guy who built the sites submitted them to Google. Already both sites have been crawled, but on the English site only 2 of the internal pages are showing up on Google, the home page hasn't yet. And for the Spanish site it hasn't shown up at all. My questions are:

Would the fact that they are on a shared hosting possibly effect this? (spanish site is subdomain that isn't rainking at all)

Do I need to just be patient and wait for the sites to show up?

I have already started to do some very light one way links from directories and blog posts from sites that are relevant country specific sites. I have very little experience with newer sites going live and waiting for SERP to show up. Any experience or insight would be GREATLY appreciated. I am not a patient man! =) Thank you!

If both websites are serving different content then you don't have to worry about them because there is not such a problem to host two or more websites on same server. The problem might be with the content. If you want your website to be indexed fast then you should submit sitemap.xml files for your websites in Google Webmasters Tools.
