Website ranking can be achieved by good on page and off page activities. Building good content and backlinks from other relevant webpages will help to rank keywords higher in search engines.

Hmm, I'm wondering about 2 factors:
1) Backlinks: are they penalized or deemed as nofollow?
2) Traffic: If there is no traffic into the site then the chance getting rank will be slim.
Those are 2 factors in my case, I wonder whether it's the same for you.

It also depends upon domain age if your website is new so Google takes the time to rank your keywords as they track your performance and reflects the results. In meantime, don't increase your activity just because you are not ranking.Google will reflect it results try to find keyword ranking on SEmrush.

There are lot of factors to rank a page for any keywords. Like trust factor, age of the internal pages. You need to focus on page quality. Also you need to get back links for internal pages from relative high pa and da web pages.

DA and PA is the score made by MOZ not GG, so do not depend on it much. You should optimize your on-page and off-page,which would help your site get better rank.

Have you checked on your SEO ONPAGE yet?

1. Content, Image, H1, Title, Meta description.
2. Certainly 100% content does not copy.

Do you check on SEO OFFPAGE yourself?

1. Opponents play bad for you backlink bad.
2. Can you spam backlink too much should be fined.

The first thing a business owner should be aware of when it comes to ranking is relevancy. Google wants to provide the best, most relevant information to searchers. They do this by crawling website content and matching it to the keyword/search query a searcher is targeting. If your site is copying content from authority sources or your on page content doesn't fully cover the topic searchers are looking for, then you can be sure Google won't show your website.
