I have noticed that 2 website has completely copied my website content, images, icons and. My website is http://www.websitedesigncompany.net.au, these are two website, which has copied my website.

http://www.webmaxin.com

I have submitted to a DMCA Complaint, But Google did not take any action till now.
What to do now?

If these sites value very low and low authority sites as compared your site then these sites will penalized when Penguin updates will come and your site will be save because your site will have old domain and your website content cache were first than their sites.

You have three options to get your content removed from the site where your content is published, these three ways are:

Contact the webmaster if possible and request to remove the content, threat if not removed then legal process would be there.

Contact their hosting service provider and let them know about it, they may do something as well.

Your website are older than content copied website & you use canonical meta tag so google serp & page rank both are not affacted.....
