Hey friend earlier your page was showing high on searches because its keywords were optimized properly, now as you changed your keywords and contents you again need to start from the beginning and have to start creating backlinks with your new keywords, also check that the content of your page is having quality as per the previous content of your website.

I also agree with the above post that you need to again create backlinks for your new keywords and description, or you can replace the links from your older backlinks.

Resubmit your sitemap to Google & fetch the major pages of your website in webmaster. It may take few time but will display the result after checking site in search panel.

If you have changed URL of your each post then your all previous work has ended now and you have to start work from beginning.

If you have updated your keywords and title of your website then you must submit the URL of your website to Google Webmaster. It will help you to regain the position of your website in Google search engine easily and all your backlinks would work as it was working previously. So, don't worry about the visibility of your website.

In some cases, Google will not index some pages on your site because it can't crawl them. Even though it can't crawl them, it can still see them. To identify these crawl errors, go to Google Webmaster Tools → Select your site, → Click on "Crawl" → Click on "Crawl Errors"
