What is Google reaction to redesign a website!

Hello Dears!
I have a website with tow address, one of them is in the first page of search engines. This one is parked domain that is in the first page.
I have designed a new web site and I want to move one of my address, ( parked domain)  to this new web site.  What will be the Google reaction to this?
original domain: http://feedar.co
parked domin: http://iranbitumen.co this domain is in the first page of Google 
new website: http://feedar.ir

I guess you have just bought domain name and try to rank fast , but never mind

Google do not care about your design- it is for visitors (good user experience matters as well)

Make sure you will leave the same structure of website (eg. mydomain/category/post, change it to mynewdomain/category/post)
Now another issue. If you just make domain redirect rankings fall down
lets say mydomain/category/post- indexed url
If crawler comes to your site and all old url will be redirected to new domain name it will impact rankings
you have to make redirects: old url--->new url

I want to move new domain and add old domain instead of it. because old domain was one page only.
You mean I have to use 301 redirect instead of redesign?
