What is Google 'Sand Box and 'Google Back Link Juice'?

WebOutGateway

Hi there!

Sandbox or the holding area of a new website until they can prove worthy of ranking. This happens when Google shows your website in the result and then dropped down in the keyword rankings. Once Google analyze the website to be of quality and importance, the website will be removed from the Sandbox and can show up high in Google Search Engine Results Pages.

Link Juice refers to the power passed to your site via links from external or internal sources. This power is interpreted as a trusted recommendation from a trusted site toward your site. It is also one of the most important factors in determining your site's page rank.

If Google shows your website in the results and your website recently dropped down in keyword rankings, than you are still indexed by Google and it is likely that you were placed in the Sandbox. New websites start out on the bottom with a zero page rank but with time the site can start ranking up.

When a website links to your site, or when you link internally from one of your pages to another, the link passes PageRank points. This passing of PageRank points is also commonly called "link juice" transfer.

Hope its clear

Link juice is Google term used to provide ranking to your site.Google looks at how sites link to each other to figure out which ones are the best. This is the juice that will drive up your rankings and bring visitors to your websites. It helps us to get better ranking in Google.
The concept of sandbox is about reducing the page rank of newly created domains temporarily. This strategy is done by Google so that the wrong optimizing methods applied by the SEOs (to outsmart Google's page rank) don't succeed. The SEOs try to get many inbound links for a website from the ones they own already.

according to: www.affiliatemarketertraining.com/ :
In simple terms, the Google Sandbox is viewed by many as a probationary period forced upon new websites that prevents them from shooting to the top of search engine results. In more complex terms, Google's Sandbox is believed to consist of a filter program placed on its search engine that impacts only new websites that its bots crawl.

The result of the algorithm allegedly prevents new sites from receiving good rankings by devaluing the primary keywords, keyword phrases, and link structure of the site. Regardless of the quality of the content on the page, number of incoming links, and ranking with Google PageRank, sites are held back by the Sandbox effect.

In its effort to clean up search engine results, the Sandbox reportedly arose out of a desire to prevent spam sites from rising quickly in SERPs, forcing Google to ban the site, and then repeating the process with a brand new site.

Link Juice - is the amount of positive ranking factors that a link passes from one page to the next.
A website has an overall Domain Rank. This is the amount of positive link metrics associated with a website as a whole.

SANDBOX - The Google Sandbox Effect is a theory used to explain why newly-registered domains or domains with frequent ownership changes rank poorly in Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). In other words new websites are put into a "sandbox" or a holding area and have their search ratings on hold until they can prove worthy of ranking.

Google SandBox = Old phrase/term.
It referred to sites that were "restricted" in some ways in performance, limiting their ability to do well i nteh SERPs for certain/all search terms etc.

The Google Sandbox is an alleged filter placed on new websites. The result is that a site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases. Even with good content, abundant incoming links and strong Google PageRank, a site is still adversely affected by the Sandbox effect.
