Need Help for auto generated links

I need to prevent search engines to index auto search results from other websites of my website.
As I search for my website in search engines, I get some automatically search results from different websites. How to prevent search engines to index those links?
Are they harmful?

Robots.txt can be used to prevent search engines from indexing pages on your website; you cannot use it to affect indexing of other websites.

You cannot prevent search engines from indexing pages on other websites; all you can do is to outrank them for the search terms you are targetting.
Concentrate your efforts on optimising your website for your desired search terms and getting back-links to your website.
