Internal links are those that point to internal webpages of the website from the same domain. Inbound links are those that point to your domain from external webpages. These links are responsible to drive traffic to your website.

According to my knowledge internal links are those links that are created form one page of website to another page of the  same website while inbound links are back links that are created from other websites

Inbound links are links that come from other websites into your website, these are known by Google as a referral.
Internal links are the links of your websites other page or blogs link.  Internal links direct users from blog posts to website pages, pages to posts, new posts to old posts, etc. on the same website URL.

Internal Links are the pathways and lobbies and small paths connecting your various rooms with one another. Say the passage between the drawing room and the bedroom; the path from the bathroom to the balcony.

Inbound Links: It's the roads whcih leads to your house. There can be different roads from different directions, which can help a person to reach your house.

Internal links connect different webpages within your website, and Inbound Links are those backlinks which are directed towards your website from other websites.
