Why we are getting high rate of search traffic through "S&H rugs" while we are not using this term anywhere. Although it's our sister company, but we aren't use it anywhere on our website. Can anyone help me out for that?

It appears that your website is receiving a high volume of search traffic related to "S&H rugs," even though this term is not being used anywhere on your website. Despite the fact that it's your sister company, you are not referencing it on your website. You are seeking assistance in understanding why this is happening.

It's possible that the high search traffic is due to external factors such as backlinks, online mentions, or other websites linking "S&H rugs" to your website. Additionally, user search behavior and search engine algorithms may also be contributing to the high traffic.

To address this issue, you may want to consider conducting an audit of your backlinks, mentions, and references to "S&H rugs" across the web. This can help identify where the traffic is originating from. Furthermore, you could also explore the search terms and queries that are leading users to your website to gain further insight.

In addition, communicating with your sister company to understand their marketing and online presence strategies may provide valuable information. By collaborating with them, you can work towards aligning your digital efforts and potentially leveraging the traffic for mutual benefit.

Have you checked the keywords that you have inside your website's html? You must have those keywords hidden somewhere, or you are very strongly linked to your sister company.

I would be happy to get traffic on the keywords i do not have on my site  ;) :))

Anyway. If it is your sister site, maybe it has some of the texts the same as your site? Or business address is the same. By some reason google  decided you're the main business ... "provider". Does google index sister  site? If not, it decided, it's a copy-site and it shows yours instead.
