My website rankings are shuffling daily since two weeks. I noticed that sometimes keywords come at 2nd page and next day it goes on 12th page. This is the case only with 4 keywords, either other keywords are stable at top positions.

Keywords those are shuffling daily has very less searches and no competition. I have created couple of good links as well. But don't why it is shuffling contentiously.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Build Quality links for that page with you targeted keyword as anchor text. Also check out your competitors website what strategy they are followed to rank in the first place and implement the same.

There are  a number of factoes that cause a fluctuation in rankings but the most common  is a reshuffling by the search engines. When the likes of Google, Bing or Yahoo make small changes to their algorithms, some websites may experience sudden drops or gains in their rankings. Over a short period of time these will level out and a stable position will emerge once again.
Another obvious factor is to loose position naturally, due to an SEO and marketing increase by your competitors. With  more businesses investing in professional SEO services, the top search positions become highly competitive,  maling it harder for your site to rank against them. Website strength is only gained over time and targeted optimization; the search engine ranking should then follow accordingly.

For medium-highly competitive keywords the rankings will definitely fluctuate but it also depends on the target market of the keyword.
There are also various technical problems which we couldn't interfere with such as search engine algorithm updates, etc.
Then there is the question of competitors, they are also working towards ranking the same keywords as yours.
My advise will be to keep things simple, avoid gray area of SEO, have a good on-page  & create original content, build quality links through link-exchange, affiliate marketing, etc.

There are several reasons to see a ranking fluctuation in the keyword ranking of your website because the search result show your website link based on numerous factors. Some of the important reasons behind this could be:

If there is a release of new Google Update
If your experiencing an increase in the bounce rate of your website
If your website speed is varying
If the content update on your website is inconsistent
If your Off-page SEO activities are not regular
If you are getting down-votes and dislikes from social channels specially from G+
Last but, one of the silly mistake: If you are checking the ranking by logging into your Gmail account then you can see a rise in ranking.

As for the rankings drop, it's impossible to say without more specifics. The most common reason these days for rankings drops is over-optimized anchor text, but again it's impossible to say without  more specifics.

Assuming it's not a penalty, just focus on creating better content or building more links. That's SEO in a nutshell. If you are able to attract lots of high quality links, Google will tend to rank your site higher and keep you there. Likewise, if your site provides a great user experience and great information, Google will want to show the site to more of its users. Great content also tends to attract great links.

Figuring out why one keyword went up or down a position is not possible given how many factors there are, and is typically not a good use of your time. Focus on the big picture: build a quality site and build links.

I would agree with what Rajan said, you need to create backlinks wherein you can use those key word for your anchor text. There will always be some changes on the digital marketing world since its pretty much in demand nowadays, competition is bigger.

This can happen with Google or any other search engine. I have stopped worrying about these changes in ranking.
If you are providing high quality content that adds value to the internet and more specifically to the vistors of your site combined with good backlinks from relevant sources you will have nothing to worry about.

It's not uncommon for website rankings to fluctuate, even for low-competition keywords. Several factors can contribute to this, including:

1. **Algorithm Updates:** Search engines like Google frequently update their algorithms. These updates can impact how your site ranks for certain keywords.

2. **Competitor Activity:** If competitors are actively optimizing their websites or creating new content, it can affect your rankings, especially for less competitive keywords.

3. **Content Changes:** Regularly updating or changing your website content can also cause fluctuations in rankings as search engines reevaluate your site's relevance.

4. **Link Building:** While you've created good backlinks, the source and quality of these links can vary. Changes in link quality or the sites linking to you can influence rankings.

5. **User Behavior:** User engagement metrics, such as click-through rates and bounce rates, can impact rankings. If users are clicking on your site from search results but quickly leaving, it can signal to search engines that your content may not be as relevant.

6. **Technical Issues:** Technical problems with your website, such as slow loading times or mobile compatibility issues, can negatively impact rankings.

To address this issue, consider the following steps:

- **Monitor Trends:** Continue to monitor the rankings and try to identify patterns or specific triggers for the fluctuations.

- **Quality Content:** Ensure your content is high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date.

- **Technical SEO:** Audit your website for technical issues that might affect rankings.

- **Diverse Link Building:** Continue to build a diverse and high-quality backlink profile.

- **Competitor Analysis:** Keep an eye on competitor activity and adapt your strategy accordingly.

- **Patience:** SEO rankings can take time to stabilize, so be patient while making adjustments.
