To use the Google Disavow Tool to remove unwanted backlinks for your website, follow these steps:

1. First, log in to your Google Search Console (previously known as Webmaster Tools) account.

2. Select your website from the list of properties.

3. In the left-hand menu, click on "Links" under the "Search Traffic" section.

4. Click on "More" and then on "Disavow Links."

5. On the Disavow Links page, click on "Disavow Links" again.

6. Choose the target domain or specific page you want to disavow links from.

7. Click on "Disavow Links" once more.

8. Now, you can upload a text file containing the list of unwanted URLs or domains you want to disavow. Each URL should be on a separate line.

9. After uploading the file, review the list and ensure that it includes only the backlinks you wish to disavow.

10. Click on "Submit" to finalize the process.

It's important to note that the Disavow Tool should be used with caution, as incorrectly disavowing high-quality backlinks can harm your website's SEO performance. Before using the tool, it is recommended to make efforts to manually remove unwanted backlinks by contacting webmasters or using other techniques.

Go to the disavow links tool page.
Select your website.
Click Disavow links.
Click Choose file and choose the file you created.
It can take a few weeks for Google to process the information that you upload. Your list will be incorporated into our index as we recrawl the web and reprocess the pages that we see.

Identify your bad links (you'll find how exactly from this article).
Search for the contact information of the website you have the link on.
Contact the webmaster asking him to remove the link.
Disavow the links and upload the file to Google.

Always first try to remove the links manually as this is a requirement from Google. Remember that when you're disavowing it's about the whole domain. You can disavow links of your choice from a certain domain.
