How to frame the budget for the keywords that you have selected.  Google adwords asks us to to fix the budget ourselves.  Most important keywords are high budgeted and those which are less important would be low budgeted.

It is true. You need some money to promote you site.
Do you know it? Or you are going to get high ranked without spending money?

Spend as much as you think is necessary or don't spend at all.  No point in wasting $100 and getting nothing when you could have spent $200 and been successful.

For adwords I simply start off at like $0.05 per keyword, then see what happens, I usually let it run for a few weeks and adwords kind of tells you which bids aren't on the first page. Based on the good keywords I'll the tweak the CPC :)

Hope that helps man!  :o
