But, look at the keywords you are targeting, as in case you are targeting a keyword which don't have global search count in search engines then that keyword & link building for that will be go vain.

i dont agree 3 way is better than reciprocal its my perspective .Even Google dont recommend 3 way or you need to read google blog for more details /But reciprocal is what a good way to get better ranking in search engines we do it regularly and found the best practice indeed
