To simply answer your question, no..

Traffic is always good for organic rankings.. especially if your on site optimization is on point. Click through rate, bounce rate etc are taken in to consideration but are not weighted as much as backlinks, on site optimization etc.

Running Adwords will not directly affect your SEO but here is how it can benefit you:
- If you run Adwords and are on the first page and you are also on the organic results on the first page you will see a large increase in your overall CTR.
- The data provided for Adwords helps SEO a lot. For example your Search Terms report shines a bright light on what your customers are actually searching and this can help you build a better SEO strategy.

Quality, quality, quality. ...
Build relationships with only reputable marketers. ...

There is no impact on ranking if you run Google adword.  The website ranking does not affected by paid advertising. But, it help you to improve ranking in another way. If you run google paid advertising for long time. The visitor go to your site and may enquire about your product or services. If you used google ads for long time then user remember your brand name. When they visit next time then, they search your brand name in Google then visit your website or they may type your url in the browser then they visit your website. These traffic is counted as organic (when they type brand name) and direct traffic (when they type urls). Both organic and direct traffic improve your website ranking in search engine.

It doesn't influence directly but Google AdWords lets you drive traffic, if you provide a good experience to the users, the search ranking keeps on increasing and lets you rank for your keywords.
