Forums topic or comments?

What do you use most to build links:forums or comments in blogs?And are signature still working in link building?What do you think about that?

I had never use the blog commenting I am using the forum posting from so many time i like the forum posting very much. It is a place to learn and share the lots of knowledge and and the backlinks generated by the forums are useful for the long time. I like forum posting most.

Ya same thin for me. I would prefer forum posting/commenting instead of blog.
- In Blog you need to wait for approval after commenting on a post. Its going to the waiting approval of moderator. So you dont have idea that you comment going to approve or not.
- And in forum your link approve immediately.

Mostly I posting on Forums because this is one of the  best way to make good backlinks and traffic for  your site if forum will allow you to put signature on the bottom of your site.

Well, Both are good. But I mainly prefer Forum posting. Forum posting also improves keyword ranking which is most beneficial for me.
Both the techniques bring quality backlinks. Never use duplicate content or comment on both of these techniques.
