How can I decrease negative reviews link ranking from google search?

Hi all,
This is to inform you that there are few bad reviews posted against our company (Josoft Technologies) and now they are in high ranking on Google & Yahoo and other search Engines. We tried to contact those persons for removing and resolving but we did not get any response from their end. We need your valuable suggestion for remove these reviews from 1st page of search engines.

I have tried these tips for resolve this -
- Update in Meta
- SEO off-page submissions (all submission)
- Posted lots of positive reviews

- Any third party software/company that can help us in remove bad reviews from consumercomplaints[dot]in ?
- Google Disavow tool can help us ?
