I know that "Quality is better than Quantity" But, I want to know about backlink creating technique of 2019.

According to me, you can create as many backlinks as you can but quality does matter.
But what are the new methods of creating backlinks?
If we avoid posting links in social media and social bookmarking then what are the other option to create links from other authoritative website

Well, how many links you create a day, depends on the SEO process, you follow. In the case of PBN, articles and other off-site SEO techniques, 50 is great but that all must have quality.

While a good variety of backlinks is important, Google can check first to make sure those backlinks are not spammy.  If you bought a thousand spammy backlinks in one day, you'd most likely get fined by Google. If you generated a thousand quality backlinks naturally in one day, you would not get fined.

It depends on lots of factors.

How new is your domain? If you have a brand new domain and build 80 links in the first month, that's unnatural and might get you flagged.

If you have an aged domain with 80 backlinks already, then 15-20 each month consistently shouldn't hurt you.

If you have an aged domain with 500 backlinks already, then 50-75 per month shouldn't hurt.

Also take a look at your competition and how many they are building. Throw your top competitor in ahrefs to analyze how many links they have per month.
