Actually there is only one type of links: URL link (“a” html tag). The image link is a usual image wrapped with “a” html tag. Dynamic links created with JavaScript or Flash exists in “human” world only, since most of crawlers can’t parse and recognize them. At least I doubt that Google executes website scripts in order to index it.
