I noticed that Press releases (Good ones like PRWeb) helps get you traffic to your website.

Don't bother with Press release sites that are not authority because the link juice they pass on your website is not going to have a good effect on your rankings.

A good PR strategy is to release at least once a month PR posts and syndicate it all over the web.
