if you want to track how your website is working.the best tool is Google Analytic.
you can start by creating an account on Google Analytic. also Google analytic blog will provide good information.

Try SEOquake plugin for Chrome or Mozilla. Gives pretty relevant results and it's a free plugin. Market Samurai is better and more professional, however, it only costs 60$ if you know where to look for it. Edit: 50$ full license for 5 computers :)
