Hello Hello !

How to use your ANCHOR TEXT and your INTERNAL LINK BUILDING for maximum link juice/power ?

For example:
I would like to push my target page "dog training".

Let's say I do have 20 additional articles on my blog, all of them are related to dog training.
Each article should contain a link and anchor text with the keyword "dog training" ?

Article A: Anchor Text Dog Training links to the target page dog training
Article B: Anchor Text Dog Training links to the target page dog training
Article C: Anchor Text Dog Training links to the target page dog training
Article D: Anchor Text Dog Training links to the target page dog training
Article E: Anchor Text Dog Training links to the target page dog training
etc. etc.

OR....
instead of using the SAME ANCHOR TEXT "dog training" over and over again.. should I use different related keywords as anchor text ?

Until today.. I was NOT able to find any clear statement from google, or any other websites with a clear answer to this question.

Thank you very much for any thoughts, hints, tips and recommendations.
I really do appreciate that !

Web experts from different orders may have distinctive terms for this, yet I think this is a term that is surely knew in the SEO 'people group' and past. interior connecting alludes to any connections from one page on a space which prompt another page on that same area.

Internal Links are hyperlinks that point at (target) the same domain as the domain that the link exists on (source). In layman's terms, an internal link is one that points to another page on the same website.

Code Sample

<a href="http://www.domain.com/" title="Keyword Text">Keyword Text</a>

Optimal Format

Use descriptive keywords in anchor text that give a sense of the topic or keywords the source page is trying to target.

Think of each page as a separate website with a keyword (s) your wanting to rank for. If you start mixing keywords on each page without rhyme or reason, it will only confuse the SE's. Interlink your pages to other appropriate pages using the keyword that corresponding page is designed to rank for.
some of my work: 99 cent domains [nofollow]
post on: geniememe.com [nofollow] and get a free dofollow backlink!

Internal linking is essential to any website because it helps establish site architecture and spread the link juice. Simply internal linking refers to any links from one page of a domain, which is linked to another page within the same domain.

Interlinking is the best way to pass link juice and get rankings on targeted keywords, make sure you've to do this in a natural way otherwise it will consider as a spamming. Don't use the same keyword for the same page on multiple interlinkings, Let me explain:

Page#1: The page you want to rank on targeted keyword
Page#2: Where you want interlink Page#1

1. Check ranking keywords of your page#1, and interlink using those ranked keywords.
2. Find your website's page best by backlinks and interlink on those pages so you will get some link juice to get better rankings on targeted keyword.

An anchor text is the word or words that link to another page. They typically appear as blue text to the reader. This is anchor text. Your internal links should use anchor text, but not just any anchor text will do. Include phrases that describe what the target link is about.
