Log into your Google webmaster tools account and use this link

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main?pli=1

However, if you don't know too much about disavowing links in general then I would recommend you not to do it. You will do more damage to your site if you use this tool the wrong way.

Disavow tool should only be used if you feel that, some bad links or spammy sites are harming your website, unnecessary or improper usage may cause problem. Initially if you feel you want remove some backlinks make a list list of those and try to remove manually, by contacting those websites or some other source. If those methods fail, then only use disavow tools, proper precautions and guidelines should be read before using this tool.

The higher the number of relevant sites linking to you, the higher your rankings will be, right? What happens if a non-relevant site keeps linking to you? Or worse, you get a backlink from an adult or gambling site?

These irrelevant links can be hurting your rankings. For this reason, Google released the Disavow Tool as a way for you to tell Google to not count specific backlinks.
The Disavow Tool allows you to ask Google to remove certain URLs or domains as a ranking factor in the indexing of your site. You do this by creating a .txt file with a list of these domains or URLs and submitting it to Google.

disavow tool will do its better work but not so fast, You could contact the administrator of the websites from where your bad links are coming from & ask them to remove the link, this may speed up the process.

Google has finally offered webmasters an opportunity for redress through the new Disavow Links tool. Essentially, Disavow Links enables webmasters to submit files through the Google Webmaster Tools interface listing any links Google should devalue when determining the overall authority of the links pointing back at a website.

Google’s link disavowal tool allows publishers to tell Google that they don’t want certain links from external sites to be considered as part of Google’s system of counting links to rank web sites. Some sites want to do this because they’ve purchased links, a violation of Google’s policies, and may suffer a penalty if they can’t get the links removed. Other sites may want to remove links gained from participating in bad link networks or for other reasons.
