I can provide you with some advice on improving your website's visibility and rankings in search engines.

1. Content Optimization: Make sure your website's content is relevant, well-written, and includes keywords related to your products or services. High-quality content is essential for search engine optimization (SEO).

2. On-page SEO: Optimize your website's meta tags, headings, URLs, and image alt text to make it easier for search engines to understand your content.

3. Backlinks: While it's not advisable to rely solely on automated backlink creation, you can actively reach out to relevant websites and request backlinks. Focus on building high-quality backlinks from reputable sources.

4. Directory submissions: Submitting your website to relevant directories can help increase its visibility. However, be cautious and target specific directories that are trustworthy and relevant to your industry.

5. Social media: Utilize social media platforms to promote your website and engage with potential customers. This can help generate traffic and organic backlinks.

6. Mobile optimization: Ensure your website is mobile-friendly since search engines prioritize mobile-friendly websites in their rankings.

7. Site speed: Optimize your website for faster loading times as page speed is a ranking factor used by search engines.

8. User Experience (UX): Ensure your website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and provides a positive experience for visitors. This includes improving page load times, using clear and concise headings, and ensuring your website is accessible on different devices.

9. Local SEO: If your business targets a specific geographic area, optimize your website for local search by including location-specific keywords, creating a Google My Business profile, and getting listed in relevant local directories.

10. Content Marketing: Regularly publish high-quality content on your website's blog or news section. This can help attract organic traffic and establish your website as an authoritative source in your industry. Promote your content on social media and encourage others to share it.

11. Link Building: In addition to reaching out to relevant websites for backlinks, consider guest blogging on other reputable websites in your industry. This can help expand your reach, gain exposure, and generate valuable backlinks.

12. Analyze and Optimize: Use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track your website's performance, user behavior, and keyword rankings. Analyze the data and make data-driven decisions to optimize your website further.

13. Engage in Online Communities: Participate in online forums, social media groups, and communities related to your industry. Provide helpful insights and build relationships with others. This can indirectly lead to backlinks and increased visibility.

This kind of submission is not natural and search engine dislike this kind of action and penalize the website. This might be harmful as this comes in the black hat working.

Hi,
PR 4 is not a poor rank actually. I don't use automated submission for my website. I have read that Google disapproved this technique for it might spam the search engine. I suggest that you use an organic way of submitting you site.
