Well, I didn't understand your question. If you're talking about the work speed then you can do it 24 hours, but if you are talking about the other websites margins then you can check this on Google. Well, there are different measurements, but if you choose high authority website and your activity is approved then it is good for your website. But my opinion is to choose a medium range of websites that will be more helpful to you

Link building is the process of acquiring hyperlinks from other websites to your website. It helps to increase the page rank in search engine result page, helps in passing the link juice, reduces the bounce rate.

What Google is truly concerned is the relevance of your backlinks. Even if the links don’t provide value to your SEO, they just might be valuable to the users.

A link from a referring site that’s not related to your industry or topic may not be useful to people when they click on it.

Google is truly concerned with the content. They are penalizing the websites who try to spam and try to increase the traffic in an irrelevant manner. So it is better to do right things so you'll not penalize.
