My backlinks are not indexed

My website has more than 900 backlinks but only 3 of them are active. I have used the best indexing tools  to make the links index by google yet it is still not index by google.

Recently many site owners are facing the same issue. Google is taking too much time to index links nowadays.

Try to add the backlinks in a pdf file, then upload the pdf into online pdf accepting sites.
Later use twitter to point visitors to those sites.

It always work for me.

Your Backlinks Are Not Worthy Enough. Google has a policy that doesn't recognize low-quality links. When Google doesn't value those low-quality backlinks, then your website traffic from search engines will be dramatically reduced and your SEO efforts will be completely hindered.
