No follow and do follow terms are used for crawling. If you don't want to crawl some of your webpage then you just have to add "rel=no follow" after the links. Other wise all links are considered as do follow in your site.

Google never said to use nofollow tag with every hyperlink.. It just advise you to put nofollow tag with the links which you don't trust.

as you said you do link building on only do follow and NO no follow sites ,so i must suggest you do start link building on no follow also. The  only benefit of doing this would be your site have more back links .as a do follow link is considered a back link when cached.Only do follow may consider a suspicious in view of search engine and may cause gradual effecting as the number of back link  would be quite less(if only do follow).anyways google never said not to link back from no follow tag sites so its not harmful at all .

The NoFollow tag (rel="nofollow") is an HTML tag that tells search engines to bypass the link during indexing. Each link on a web page is followed during the indexing process. Pages with many incoming links (particularly from authoritative websites) are ranked higher in searches than pages with few incoming links. If there are links on your blog that you don't want search engines to find, use the NoFollow tag to make them invisible in terms search indexing and ranking.

Hello friends,

The NoFollow tag has become popular over the course of the past few years as spammers have tried to boost the number of incoming links to their sites by participating in comment spam, paid text link advertising, paid links in sponsored reviews and so on.

Thanks and regards

Google never encourages to give all your links a nofollow tag. Its just that the pages which you dont want google to index, you can use a nofollow tag with them...

It is not good tactics to create dofollow links every-time when you create a back-link for your site.

Here are some cases in which you should use nofollow tag:
  • Use nofollow tag in untrusted user comments or guestbook entries.
  • Use nofollow tag for all paid links.
  • Use nofollow tag when linking to internal pages that do not need page rank.
  • Use nofollow tag when linking to the same page many times for one page.
