why google ask to get nofollow tag at links ? i realy use all most dofollow at my interes links is that a good ideea or bad ? i try with that to improve seo in my site for all the search engine of the world ..

No follow and do follow terms are used for crawling. If you don't want to crawl some of your webpage then you just have to add "rel=no follow" after the links. Other wise all links are considered as do follow in your site.

as you said you do link building on only do follow and NO no follow sites ,so i must suggest you do start link building on no follow also.The  only benefit of doing this would be your site have more back links .as a do follow link is considered a back link when cached.Only do follow may consider a suspicious in view of search engine and may cause gradual effecting as the number of back link  would be quite less(if only do follow).anyways google never said not to link back from no follow tag sites so its not harmful at all .

Google never encourages to give all your links a nofollow tag. Its just that the pages which you dont want google to index, you can use a nofollow tag with them...
