Hello and welcome to the forum! It's great that you're eager to learn about internet marketing and promote a Clickbank product. I can offer some guidance to help you get started.

1. **Web Hosting**: GoDaddy is a popular hosting provider, but there are many others like Bluehost, SiteGround, and HostGator that also offer reliable hosting services. Your choice may depend on your specific needs and budget.

2. **WordPress Site**: WordPress is a good choice for creating a website. Make sure you're using an SEO-friendly theme and plugins to optimize your site for search engines.

3. **Backlinks**: Backlinks are important for SEO, but it's crucial to obtain high-quality backlinks from reputable sources. Buying backlinks from Fiverr or similar platforms can be risky. Many of these services may provide low-quality or spammy links, which can harm your website's ranking in the long run.

Instead, focus on these strategies for acquiring backlinks:
   - **Content Creation**: Create high-quality, valuable content on your website that others in your niche would want to link to.
   - **Guest Posting**: Write guest posts for other websites in your niche and include a link back to your site.
   - **Social Media**: Share your content on social media to increase its visibility and encourage sharing.
   - **Network**: Build relationships with others in your industry. Sometimes, natural backlinks come from networking.

4. **SEO**: Besides backlinks, work on on-page SEO, such as optimizing your content with relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and alt tags for images. This will help improve your site's visibility in search results.

5. **Patience and Learning**: SEO and internet marketing take time and continuous learning. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the field.

6. **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the terms and phrases that your target audience is searching for. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to find relevant keywords with decent search volume and low competition.

7. **Content Strategy**: Plan a content strategy that aligns with your niche and target audience. Regularly create and publish high-quality blog posts, articles, videos, or other content that provides value to your visitors.

8. **Email Marketing**: Consider building an email list of interested subscribers. Email marketing can be a powerful tool for promoting products, sharing valuable content, and nurturing relationships with your audience.

9. **Analytics**: Use tools like Google Analytics to track your website's performance. Monitor traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. This data will help you make informed decisions and optimize your site.

10. **Social Media**: Utilize social media platforms relevant to your niche to connect with your audience, share your content, and engage with followers. Each platform has its own best practices, so tailor your approach accordingly.

11. **Paid Advertising**: If you have a budget, consider using paid advertising platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic to your website. Make sure to set specific goals and monitor your campaigns closely.

12. **Mobile Optimization**: Ensure that your website is mobile-friendly since many users access the internet via smartphones and tablets. Google also considers mobile-friendliness in its ranking algorithm.

13. **Community Engagement**: Participate in relevant online communities, forums, or social groups related to your niche. Contribute genuinely to discussions and avoid spammy self-promotion.

14. **Learn SEO**: Invest time in learning about search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. There are plenty of online resources, courses, and forums where you can expand your knowledge.

15. **Testing and Iteration**: Be open to testing different strategies and making adjustments based on what works best for your specific audience. Internet marketing is an evolving field, so adaptability is key.

16. **A/B Testing**: Experiment with different versions of your website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns using A/B testing. This allows you to identify what resonates best with your audience and can lead to improved conversion rates.

17. **Content Promotion**: Don't just create content; actively promote it. Share your blog posts, videos, or infographics on social media, in relevant online communities, and through email newsletters to increase its reach.

18. **Competitor Analysis**: Study your competitors to understand what strategies are working in your niche. Analyze their content, backlinks, and social media presence to gain insights and find opportunities.

19. **User Experience (UX)**: Ensure that your website provides an excellent user experience. A fast, well-designed, and easy-to-navigate site can positively impact your SEO and keep visitors engaged.

20. **Local SEO**: If your target audience is local, optimize your website for local search by creating a Google My Business profile, getting reviews, and ensuring your NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) information is consistent across the web.

21. **Monitor and Adjust**: Continuously monitor your website's performance and marketing efforts. Use tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics to track your progress and make data-driven decisions.

22. **Legal Compliance**: Ensure that your internet marketing activities comply with legal regulations, especially when it comes to issues like data privacy and email marketing. Familiarize yourself with relevant laws like GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

23. **Content Calendar**: Create a content calendar to plan your content creation and publication schedule. Consistency in producing content can help keep your audience engaged and improve your SEO.

24. **Networking**: Build relationships with influencers and others in your industry. Collaborations, guest posts, or partnerships can help expand your reach and credibility.

25. **Customer Feedback**: Listen to your audience's feedback and use it to improve your products or services. Satisfied customers can become your biggest advocates.

26. **Stay Informed**: Stay up-to-date with industry news and changes in search engine algorithms. Online marketing is dynamic, so staying informed is essential.

27. **Avoid Over-Optimization**: While SEO is crucial, avoid over-optimizing your website with excessive keywords or other SEO techniques. Google's algorithms have become sophisticated and prioritize user-friendly content.

28. **Conversion Optimization**: Focus on optimizing your website for conversions. This means making it easy for visitors to take the desired action, whether that's making a purchase, signing up for an email list, or contacting you.

29. **Data Security**: Protect your website and customer data from security threats. Use secure hosting, keep your plugins and themes updated, and implement security measures like SSL certificates.

30. **Patience and Persistence**: Internet marketing success often takes time. Be patient, persistent, and willing to adapt your strategies as needed to achieve your goals.

31. **Content Quality**: Prioritize the quality of your content over quantity. Well-researched, informative, and engaging content is more likely to attract and retain visitors.

32. **Mobile Optimization**: Ensure that your website is not only mobile-friendly but also optimized for mobile users. Mobile traffic is significant, and a seamless mobile experience is crucial.

33. **Voice Search**: With the rise of voice-activated devices like smart speakers and voice search on smartphones, consider optimizing your content for voice search queries by using natural language and long-tail keywords.

34. **Video Marketing**: Video content is increasingly popular. Consider creating videos to complement your written content, such as product demos, tutorials, or vlogs.

35. **Social Proof**: Use social proof elements like customer reviews, testimonials, and case studies to build trust and credibility with your audience.

36. **Call-to-Action (CTA)**: Use clear and compelling CTAs on your website and in your marketing materials to guide visitors towards taking action, whether it's making a purchase, subscribing, or contacting you.

37. **Remarketing**: Implement remarketing campaigns to target users who have previously visited your site but didn't convert. This can help re-engage potential customers.

38. **Email Automation**: Utilize email marketing automation to segment your email list and send personalized content and offers to different audience segments.

39. **Content Distribution**: Explore various content distribution channels, such as email newsletters, social media, and content syndication platforms, to expand your reach.

40. **User-generated Content**: Encourage your customers or audience to create and share content related to your products or services. User-generated content can boost authenticity and engagement.

41. **Local Directories**: List your business on local directories, review platforms, and maps services like Google Maps. This is particularly important for local businesses.

It is five dollars and you usually get what you pay for?  I would proceed with caution for anything regarding website or search engine optimization for five bucks.

the best thing you can do is guest blogging which can enable your posts to appear on other blogs that may have good PR increasing awareness, traffic and good quality backlinks. not sure about the no.1 spot, depends on your niche, competition, can take years but your first aim should be to get on the first page of search results for your kewword.

Create your site and make sticky with your product/service. And start promoting it to achieve rank #01 in search engine which ultimately bring leads for your site.

As a beginner you start building backlinks for your site by following basic link building statistics like directory submission, article marketing, forum participation etc.

Backlinks are not the main weapon in bringing your site into 1st page of Google. Let me reroute you from this clueless myth my friend. Moreover, you do not need to spend thousands of dollars to make it to 1st page or possible number 1 for your chosen keywords.

I suggest you to read and understand the Google webmaster guidelines so that you will be at the right side of the track.

It depends on how long you plan to hold your positions. If you plan on holding for at least 10-12 months, then research back about 6 months. Don't forget to look at the market overall and not just the individual stock. I usually look at volume and P/E ratio and if those are good dig a little deeper.
