Google has said that the only fix for a decrease in your ranking is to update your content with more relevant information. In this way, Google wants websites to address the specific query intent of the users. Of course, they have several metrics to understand this; one simple metric is the bounce rate.

If you notice a significant shift in the ranking of your website after the broad core algorithm update, scrutinize the content. Check for quality issues and understand whether the content addresses the intent of your target audience. Once you fix these issues, you can once again zoom past your competitor.

Hope this helps you to understand the Google Broad Core Algorithm update, If you need more support, Kindly have a look at the following link, https://www.chilligroup.com.au/digital-marketing/

Hey,
Even my site was also affected by the broad core algorithm but after a week everything was back to normal and now even keywords are ranking better than before.

And yes, there is no fix for this all you can do is wait. keep doing activities as per your schedule.
even after 20days your rankings are not back to normal, you can make some on-site changes or contact the experts.

as it happened in August by this time it might be back to normal, still if it not up to the mark as it was in before then start working on On-page and off-page work. optimize the content, remove toxic backlinks, find out any broken links, reduce the website size and improve your webpage loading speed, and also work on mobile optimization, generate a sitemap, do proper schema and snippet work. These are major things in on-page issues and also concentrate on link building with blogs, articles, social bookmarking, and concentrate on Social media

I can offer some general suggestions to improve a website's ranking:

1. Quality Content: Ensure your website delivers high-quality, relevant, and unique content that meets the needs of your target audience.

2. User Experience: Focus on providing a seamless and intuitive user experience. Optimize page load speed, navigation, mobile-friendliness, and overall site performance.

3. On-Page Optimization: Optimize your website's meta tags, headings, titles, and descriptions to make it more search engine-friendly.

4. Backlinks: Build high-quality, authoritative backlinks from reputable sources in your industry. This can improve your website's credibility and visibility.

5. E-A-T: Enhance Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-A-T) factors by showcasing credentials, certifications, customer testimonials, and industry associations.

6. Technical SEO: Ensure your website follows best practices for technical SEO, including proper indexing, sitemap optimization, crawlability, and structured data implementation.

You should fulfill the whole requirements of Google 2019 Update as like voice search, video sharing and content quality. Then your website can improve ranking.
