Good topic from SEO point of view.
Title tag and Heading tag does not have to be exactly the same.
They aren't the same. The Meta tag contains two elements, the one is title and the other one is the description. The H1 or the heading tag represents the heading tag. H1, H2, H3..... are other forms of this tag. Both the tags are really importnat from SEO perspective.
Both are different!
H1 tag means main heading of your web page which is read by your site visitors but meta tags are read by search engines only.

Can H1 tags and Meta Title is same?
Yes, they can be the same...but most do not recommend for some reasons, including:
- because H1 is primarily intended for content structure that would help improve page user experience
- the recommended title tag is at most 65 characters while H1 does not really reach that long (because it could ruin the aesthetic)
But, honestly, they can be the same - it's really up to you.
H1 and meta title both are different thinks. simple different is that H1 title basically use for enlarge sentence. basically use in formatting of text, but meta title is not use in text formatting only add on the above head section, it directly use for search engine.
Both are categorized under on-page optimization with individual importance. Meta tags are really important for your click through rate success in SERPs, so do some research and create a good, compelling, natural meta tags.
On the other side, H1 refers to heading tag (and the are h1, h2 etc..) look same as we point a great emphasis on headlines.
No, H1tag and meta both are different. H1 tag are use to heading of our website and meta title are use to define meta tag Title.
H1 tag almost use to give a heading of your webpage to show highlight of our website. and it show big large another then.
No, they are totally different. The title applies to the document as a whole, and h1 to the titles of
the major subdivisions within the document
No, the page title and h1 does not have to be exactly the same, but you should consider having the most important terms in both places.
Having a particular word in the page title, h1 and content is considered good SEO practice, but duplicating the entire title is not needed unless all words in the title is actually important search terms.
