You have choose site contents separately on web page and meta description.

Meta depiction labels, while not essential to web search tool rankings, are to a great degree vital in picking up client navigate from Serps. These short sections are a website admin's chance to promote substance to searchers and to tell them precisely whether the given page contains the data they're searching for.

The meta depiction ought to utilize the magic words astutely, additionally make a convincing portrayal that a searcher will need to click. Immediate pertinence to the page and uniqueness between each one page's meta portrayal is key. The depiction ought to ideally be between 150-160 characters.

You may use the site content separately describing your website in the meta description. You can either use a descriptive text or keywords to build your meta description.

Unique content ultimately engages visitors and convinces them to purchase a product or return to the site. However, it is not just well written content that attracts visitors. Naturally, the quality of it is of chief importance, but so too is its uniqueness. I've had a good experience dealing with paidforumposting.com services, their writers are really professional.

When use the same description it is considered as duplicate contents. There should be separate site content and meta description. Meta description should be of 160 characters with unique contents in it.

I am afraid people who have replied like "don't use it in description because its considered in duplicate content" do not know much of SEO.

Yes, you can use extract of page description, up to about 150 chars. in meta description. Duplicate content occurs when multiple pages of site have essentially same content.
Since meta description is displayed in SERP, you should compelling description so that users click through to your url.

The meta description includes only 160 to 170 characters. You can extract the ideas from your website and can write briefly about it in your meta description including relevant keywords. But, don't copy the exact line of text from the website in your meta description.

Hi,
No, you can't use the site content in the meta description because in meta description there is a limit of 160 characters. Google can read only 160 characters. So, you can choose site content separately.
