First, what is the main reason you want to unindex your webpage? because its not just removing your page in google's database because it will require lots of work and moderation.

If content was deleted from a site but still shows up in Google search results, the page description or cache might be outdated. To request a removal of outdated content:

Go to the Remove outdated content page.
Enter the URL (web address) of the page that has the outdated content you want to remove.
Select Request removal.
If you see the message "We think the image or web page you're trying to remove hasn't been removed by the site owner," follow the onscreen steps to give us more information.
If you see the message "This content is no longer live on the website," select Request Removal.

You can check the status of your request on the Remove outdated content page.

Hi :) To help you with that, you can follow these ways on how to get google to index.

1) Remove crawl blocks in your robots.txt file
2) Remove rogue no index tags
3) Include the page in your sitemap
4) Remove rogue canonical tags
5) Check that the page isn't orphaned
6) Fix no follow internal links
7) Add "powerful" internal links
8) Make sure the page is valuable and unique
9) Remove low-quality pages (to optimize "crawl budget")
10) Build high-quality backlinks

You'll find it very easily — just click on the unwanted Google search result. Next, go to your Google Search Console and choose "Go to the old version" and "Google Index" > "Remove URLs". In the next view, choose "Temporarily hide" and enter the exact address of the page you wish to removed.

Visit the Remove URLs tool here: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/url-removal. Select your website under "Please select a property" Click the grey button, enter your URL and click "Continue"

To noindex from robots.txt, use this code:
User-agent: Googlebot
Disallow: /page-uno/
Noindex: /page-uno/

Click on "Optimization" in the left-hand navigation
