Are there any tools that can see sites like search engine bots? I think such tools should show us errors on site, duplicates and all the things that are important for bots.

The Googlebot is simply the search bot software that Google seands out to collect information about  documents on the web to add to Google's searchable index.
Crawling is the process where the Googlebot goes around from website to website, finding new and updated information to report back to Google. The Googlebot finds what to crawl  using links.
Indexing is the processing of the information gathered by the Googlebot from  its crawling activities. once documents are processed, they are added to Google's searchable index if they are determined to be quality content. During indexing, the Googlebot processes the words on a page and where those words are located. Information such as title tags and ALT attributes are also analyzed during indexing.

Now a days google almost can read everything expecting video Flash and Images. yes google can read all the css and HTML or JAVA scripts of your page. So google gives all the thing importance and you should try to optimize everything Not only heading tags. If you have to rank well your content should be clean unique and engaging. that's the key point of the ranking in the google.

Regarding On Web page SEO, Try to evaluate your website's internal components like meta data, 404 mistakes, broken links, content, routing, etc.
Google read our website page through spiders or crawlers.
