Hi Prabhat,
                  It does not fix.  And we cannot say that when a website ranks at Top 10, 20, 30, 50 position in SERP. Because all this are depend on your website's quality, website design, Content and Smart work of the SEO.

Hi,

It's depend on how smartly work you do both On page & Off page and the important thing is your backlinks. Compare your backlinks with your competitors.

Thanks.

Remember that a website needs to be worked on it continuously unless and until it gets the top position and a good customer base with high reputation in the market in the work they are doing. By marketing or by doing SEO [nofollow], any of the means require to be performed each and every time so that the awareness of the business of a particular company can reach its targeted audience regularly.

There is no one who will tell you time exactly that you need to rank a website on Google. I t depends om many factors and here are some of them:
- age of the domain - the older domain the better it is for you;
- clear domain - it is a website that has not been penalized by Google either by manual otr algorithmic penalty;
- competition for the keywords you want to rank in Google - you should be selective of the keywords you want to rank for;
-  type of content - breaking news stories will rank faster than stories that considered news;
- SEO optimized title - SEO title will help you to rank faster.

Let's assume you are talking about Search Engine Optimization a.k.a. SEO. Paid search will let you get to page one quickly, but it will cost you each time someone clicks on your link.
Back to SEO, where the first page doesn't come in a day. Most people when they ask this question are thinking of one thing: a "fat head" keyword. Something like, let's say "dentist."
They think "if I only ranked for the word dentist, I would get so much business!" This person might even have used to Google Keyword Planner to get estimated search volume, done the math and saw a pot of gold at the end of the search rainbow.
Ranking for "dentist" might get you a lot of new business, but there are a few things to consider.
Is it worth the time and effort to focus on only one keyword?
Is it realistic, if at all even possible?
If Google shows different results to different people, will it really pay off as much as I think it will?
How qualified will those leads be?
Would spending some of your money on a conversion-friendly page be better than investing it all in SEO?
Do the majority of people still search that way?
What is going to make YOU any more of a dentist than any other dentist out there? I.e. how are you going to be more RELEVANT for that search?
For those of you not familiar with "Fat Head" "Chunky Middle" and "Long Tail" this diagram from the leading SEO site Moz illustrates the idea quite well:

It depends.

It could take days, weeks, months or even years.

It's not unheard of for a new website to rank right away but such occurrences are incredibly rare especially with how competitive the digital landscape is. Not to mention that Google is constantly changing its ranking algorithm hundreds of times a year. Depending on the keywords you want to rank for, you are also likely competing against thousands of other sites.

There is no fixed time duration but normally a low competition website takes 2 to 3 months but if the keywords competition is high then it can take even years.
