There is new update named Panda 4.1. Many are expected after it. Does it make Panda algorithm changes more effective and important?

Google Panda was one of the most controversial algorithm update from Google, but with time it helped a lot to remove low quality websites from search engine and over all it improved the quality of search results. Though for many web masters, Google panda updates are still a headache and at unknowingly many good websites lost their search engine ranking due to panda penalty. On 21st May 2014, Google rolled out Panda 4.0 update, which is the biggest Panda update of 2014 and a major ranking shift for many websites.
