When optimizing your web page content, there are a few key steps you can follow to improve your chances of ranking well with the new Google Panda 4.0 update:

1. Research Relevant Keywords: Before creating new content, identify relevant keywords that users are likely to search for. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner or other keyword research tools to discover popular and highly searched terms related to your topic.

2. Create High-Quality Content: Craft your content with the user in mind. Make it unique, informative, and engaging. Focus on providing value and answering any questions or concerns your target audience may have. Avoid duplicating content from other sources, as this can negatively impact your rankings.

3. Optimize On-Page Elements: Ensure that your content is properly optimized for search engines. This includes optimizing your title tag, meta description, headers (H1, H2, etc.), and image alt tags. Incorporate your target keywords naturally throughout the content, but avoid keyword stuffing.

4. Improve Readability: Format your content to make it easy to read and understand. Use short paragraphs, bullet points, and headings to break up the text. Incorporate relevant multimedia elements such as images or videos when appropriate.

5. Mobile Optimization: With the growing number of mobile users, it's crucial to ensure that your content is mobile-friendly. Optimize your page for different screen sizes, load times, and user experience on mobile devices.

6. Internal Linking: Include internal links within your content to help users navigate to relevant pages on your website. This can improve the overall user experience and help search engines better understand the structure of your site.

7. Monitor Performance: After uploading the optimized content, keep an eye on its performance through tools like Google Analytics. Track the rankings, traffic, and user engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your optimization efforts.

Do not completely replace the old content, instead update with existing one. But make sure your keyword density should not more than 5% and just go through about Hummingbird update.

Add conversational content. Use Google instant to check what people are really looking for. Have the six months data and check what type of searches are bringing people to the website. Use those terms in the content.

Firstly you check the uniqueness of the content after that keyword density means how many times a single keyword are uses in the description and also check the description length.
