I don't have any blog website, I have a services website and we provide around 5-10 services, The article which I have posted in every service page have only 300-400 words which is quite not effective as per the SEO point of view.
So, if I will make a section of FAQ in 4-5 main & different services will  that help in boost my rankings?
If anybody have any best technique to boost the ranking plzz tell me.

FAQ is a good option but you can writer FAQ in one page but not in another page as FAQ just look good in a single page and if you do post FAQ in all page so you.

So it will count as duplicate content in the website. So I think there writer at least 500+ words content is much better and anything.

Content is king and long content always be good as benefits.

Only content won't work.
Do an on-site audit and make the site better. If not doing link building, start doing it.

No, I don't think so. Original and quality contents along with appropriate internal and external links can boost ranking. As your contents are of 300-400 words, you can enlarge them and can add multimedia. In this respect, you must not do keyword stuffing. Then you'll have to build quality backlinks for Off-Page SEO.

Articles between 300 and 400 words (not characters) are good articles. You also need to link to them in order to support general positioning.

The FAQ page is a good idea. A cornerstone article would be a good addition. Depending on your services, write a long article about your services. Why are they needed, what is the benefit, what harm can happen if they are not done properly... The article needs to be informative and quality made. It will be the base of your website. As far as the other question is concerned, there are so many things that can be done, both on onsite and offsite optimization. 95% of the website doesn't have any organic visits because they didn't do the job properly.  It is a very lengthy theme to go over on a forum, but in short:
Onsite optimization:

•        Create content with Long tail keywords.
•        Optimize meta descriptions. Make people want to click to your page.
•        Create local landing pages for every location your service is provided in.
•        Make your website visually appealing and responsive.
•        Integrate social media. Publish and share through all available media channels.
•        Use pay-per-click advertising. In the beginning, you may have to resort to that. But a well-planed PPC campaign can be very cost-effective.

Offsite optimization is all about establishing backlinks. Regardless of how well the onsite optimization is done, you cant rank without backlinks.
You can establish them by:
•     Asking everyone you know that has a website or a blog,
•     List your site in trustworthy directories,
•     Build Profile pages on social and business networks.
•     Link to others. Do not be afraid to recommend someone else. People are likely to share content when they are mentioned in it, which can generate traffic to your website and increase your page's popularity.

FAQ section won't help!
Placing the right keywords at the right place will help you to boost your rankings.

No, I don't think so. Unique and quality substance alongside fitting inside and outside connections can help positioning. As your substance are of 300-400 words, you can broaden them and can include mixed media. In this regard, you should not do catchphrase stuffing. At that point you'll need to fabricate quality backlinks for Off-Page SEO.
