This is what I saw:

One rule of thumb when putting a title tag to your site is that you have to make sure that it will only consist of 68-70 characters. But most advisable is only 68. Another is, you can add several minor keywords to your meta keywords (don't keyword stuff).

About your keywords, you have not specified something about your site. You have used keywords that are too specific. I think you could use or add something like "cabinet company" or "house remodeling company" to tell users what really your site is (but it will still depend to you).

Use favicon as a signature of your site so that searchers or users will not easily forget your site.

I have to agree with the last comment and disagree with all the others who say how simple this will be. The keywords are much too general, you will really struggle to rank well with them however much SEO you do.
