You do not have to resubmit your site, but sure you have to do something with it.

Sometimes google results just fluctuate randomly. Doing something to your site could mess it up further. Before doing anything, give it some time, and then continue your normal content adding and seo as normal. Making drastic changes could really hurt you. Plus it could be your rankings are ok but competitors have simply pipped you and upped their own efforts.

Key is not to panic, as there's no magic bullet solution here.

Only make informed changes to your website and not just in hopes they will raise web results.  You have to make informed decisions.

The keywords with which we experiment should have done very well in the top in the past for that to happen.

Why not analying your competitors? Find out why they are ranking higher. Analying their linking lists to find out any important links you can also get.

First, analyze whether there have been any recent algorithm updates that may have affected your website's visibility. Search engines like Google frequently update their algorithms to improve user experience and provide more relevant search results. If this is the case, it's crucial to identify what specifically has changed and adapt your optimization strategy accordingly.

Next, conduct a thorough website audit to identify any technical issues or areas of improvement. This includes evaluating your site's loading speed, mobile-friendliness, page structure, meta tags, and keyword usage. By addressing these issues, you can enhance your overall website performance and user experience, which can positively impact your search rankings.

Additionally, always focus on providing high-quality, valuable content for your visitors. Make sure your content is original, well-written, and relevant to your target audience. Incorporate your target keywords naturally within the content, headings, and meta tags, but avoid keyword stuffing, as it can harm your rankings.

Consider building high-quality backlinks from reputable websites in your industry, as they can significantly improve your site's authority and visibility. Engaging in content marketing, guest blogging, or creating shareable content can help attract organic backlinks to your site.

tips to optimize your website and improve your search rankings:

1. Conduct keyword research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases related to your industry and target audience. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush to discover high-volume and low-competition keywords that you can incorporate into your content.

2. Optimize page titles and meta descriptions: Ensure that your page titles and meta descriptions accurately describe the content on each page and include your target keywords. This helps search engines understand the relevance of your pages and encourages users to click on your links in search results.

3. Improve user experience: Make sure your website is easy to navigate, with clear site structure and intuitive menus. Optimize your site for mobile devices, as mobile-friendliness is an essential ranking factor. Aim for fast loading speeds, as slow-loading sites can negatively impact both user experience and search rankings.

4. Create high-quality content: Regularly publish fresh, informative, and engaging content on your website. This can include articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, or podcasts. By consistently providing valuable content, you can attract more visitors, gain backlinks, and increase your site's authority.

5. Optimize images and media: Compress and optimize images to reduce their file sizes without compromising quality. Use descriptive filenames and alt tags to help search engines understand the content of your images and improve accessibility.

6. Monitor analytics and make adjustments: Regularly analyze your website's performance using tools like Google Analytics. Track metrics like organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments to your optimization strategy.

few more tips to optimize your website and improve your search rankings:

1. Optimize your website's structure: Ensure that your website has a clear and logical structure, with properly organized categories and subcategories. Use descriptive URLs that include relevant keywords, making it easier for search engines to understand the content of each page.

2. Improve website loading speed: A fast-loading website is crucial for both user experience and search engine rankings. Compress images, minify CSS and JavaScript files, and leverage caching techniques to reduce page load times.

3. Enhance on-page SEO: Place your target keywords strategically throughout your content, including in headings, subheadings, and within the body of your text. But remember to prioritize natural and user-friendly language over keyword stuffing. Also, use internal linking to connect related pages within your site, as it helps search engines crawl and understand your website better.

4. Leverage social media: Build a strong presence on social media platforms that are relevant to your industry. Share your content, engage with your audience, and encourage sharing and backlinking.

5. Utilize structured data markup: Implement structured data markup, such as schema.org, to provide search engines with additional information about your content. This can enhance the appearance of your search results, increasing click-through rates.

6. Monitor and analyze your competitors: Keep an eye on your competitors' websites and their SEO strategies. Identify what keywords they are targeting, the content they produce, and their link building tactics. This information can help you adapt and refine your own optimization strategy.

7. Earn high-quality backlinks: Focus on acquiring backlinks from authoritative and relevant websites. Engage in outreach efforts, guest blogging, or collaborate with influencers in your industry to generate organic and high-quality backlinks to your site.
