Its a huge drop in ranking. If this happen with your keywords then you need to analysis the traffic and ranking. Also check you webmaster account, is there any message of penalty or not. This type of drop in ranking could be a reason of penalty on website. Your site can be penalized due to serveral reasons in which duplicate content & low quality backlinks are most common.

I don't think so.
You either messed up some onsite SEO, you changed some off site seo, some websites that were giving you backlinks disappeared, or got penalized, or you got penalized by google. Sorry man. That really sucks!

It may be a sign of concern when your rankings start to slowly fall behind other sites, even though you're seriously trying your best to create content and building links.

Yes, this kind of fluctuation happen in SEO. Try to focus on offpage and onpage activities, I will recommend you generate quality backlinks that would be helpful.

Losing good links: A drop in rankings might be due to losing high quality links.Your site may have good links, but those redirected may pass a penalty.

Incorrect robots.txt file:One mistake here can and will cause you a lot of harm, so after you've completed the robots.txt file take extra care in checking for any mistake in it.

Source Of Traffic: If your organic traffic suddenly declines, there are some SEO issues that you're dealing with.

Panda Or Penguin Update : Panda examines content quality and Penguin analyzes link quality. One or both of these updates may explain a decrease in traffic.

If Google updates the results pages of its search engine, trackers often have to update their apps. This can influence their users ' rankings. Check out your Twitter account if you don't find anything at your ranking tracker web site. You may have tweeted or sent tweets about it.
